This position is ideal for an RN who thrives in fast-paced clinical situations while maintaining a calm, reassuring presence.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond promptly to urgent patient needs during business hours

• Perform skilled nursing assessments and interventions in patient homes or facilities

• Manage acute symptom changes and implement physician-directed care plans

• Provide clear communication, education, and emotional support to patients and families

• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

What You Bring:

• Active Arizona RN license (required)

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, or acute care required)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

• Strong assessment skills, clinical judgment, and adaptability

• A compassionate, steady presence in urgent situations
