Weekend On-Call Schedule: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM

Your Impact

As our On-Call Hospice RN, you will:

• Provide prompt, compassionate responses to patients and families during on-call hours

• Manage hospice triage and ensure needs are met from Friday at 5pm-Monday at 8am

• Manage 3-4 on-call employees

• Deliver expert clinical care, symptom management, and emotional support

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care

• Guide families with clear communication, education, and reassurance

• Maintain continuity of care through accurate documentation and effective handoffs

What You’ll Bring

• Active RN license in good standing (required)

• Minimum 1 year of hospice or home health experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A passion for patient-centered, compassionate care

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
