Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team—someone who provides comfort, dignity, and skilled support to patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments.

Your Role:

• Provide skilled, compassionate hospice nursing care in the home setting

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with an emphasis on comfort and dignity

• Administer medications and manage symptoms in collaboration with physicians

• Support families with education, empathy, and clear communication

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members including social workers, chaplains, and aides

• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 care continuity

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Arizona

• 1+ year of experience in hospice or palliative care preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and emotional intelligence

• A deep sense of compassion and a strong desire to make a difference

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Current CPR certification

• Valid TB test

• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
