What You’ll Do

• Deliver expert, compassionate nursing care to hospice patients
• Create and implement care plans that honor each individual’s unique needs
• Manage medications and symptom relief in coordination with physicians
• Educate and empower families with clear communication and emotional support
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of chaplains, social workers, and caregivers
• Rotate on-call coverage to ensure 24/7 care continuity

What You’ll Bring

• Current RN license in good standing
• 1+ year of hospice or palliative care experience preferred
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English – a must for connecting with our diverse patient base
• Exceptional clinical judgment and a calm, caring presence
• A collaborative spirit and a heart for service

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Up-to-date TB test
• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance
